I don’t know this work or this artist, but that appears to be a Great White Ape of Barsoom, so I’m betting the woman is Dejah Thoris… so much great art has been inspired by Burroughs’ Martian books!

I had no idea Frank Frazetta had ever so much as considered doing anything Star Trek-related, but here’s a color concept that’s been attributed to him. Too bad it wasn’t finished (to my knowledge, anyhow). Would’ve been cool!
